- Your Recipes: The recipes you create, save, and organize

- Device Information: Basic technical data needed to keep you logged in and deliver the service
Analytics & Tracking
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across websites, and doesn't collect any personal information. Plausible only tells us basic aggregate statistics like "how many people visited the site today" without identifying who you are.
We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook tracking pixels, or any other invasive tracking tools. No cookies. No fingerprinting. No surveillance.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the recipe platform
- Improve and optimize the service
- Communicate with you about your account (like verification emails)
- Protect against fraud and abuse
Legal Basis for Processing

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: You can view all your data at any time in your account
- Export: Download all your data in a standard format (My Account → Export My Data)
- Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data (My Account → Delete Account)
- Correct: Update or correct any information in your account settings
- Object: You have the right to object to certain processing of your data
- Restrict: You have the right to request restricted processing in certain circumstances
- Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority

Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate Sharp Cooking: hosting providers for our servers, Cloudinary for image storage, and Resend for sending transactional emails. These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function, and we carefully vet them for privacy practices.
International Data Transfers
If you access Sharp Cooking from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
